Applied Neuro-Biomechanical Performance Optimization
Neuro-Biomechanics provides specialized performance evaluation and training sessions designed to improve movement efficiency, strength expression, and injury resilience.
SERVICES INCLUDE
Human Performance Assessment
The Neuro-Biomechanics approach begins with a comprehensive Human Performance Assessment designed to understand how the body moves, produces force, and responds to training.
Evaluations may include morphology and body composition analysis, physiological readiness, motor abilities such as strength, power, and coordination, biomechanical movement analysis, motor control evaluation, and cognitive and reaction testing.
Technology & Measurement
To ensure objective evaluation, Neuro-Biomechanics integrates modern performance technologies within the assessment process. Current tools may include Hume monitoring systems, Omegawave physiological readiness analysis, dynamometry for strength testing, accelerometers and motion sensors, Manual Muscle Testing (MMT), and cognitive performance tests. Additional equipment for VO₂max evaluation, jump analysis platforms, and reaction time testing is expected to be integrated soon.
NBM Training Methods
Based on assessment results, we design individualized Neuro-Biomechanics training programs aimed at improving movement quality and performance.
Training may include neuro-proprioceptive realignment, breathing and posture correction, functional movement correction, strength and conditioning development, and coordination and reaction training.
Performance Outcomes
Each athlete or client receives a complete performance profile with personalized recommendations.
The goal is to improve movement efficiency, strength development, injury resilience, and long-term performance capacity through structured and measurable training strategies.
